I am currently making myself busy and tired during the day so that I can sleep well and are
dream-free during the night.I couldn't stand that feeling when I am up at night, facing four walls,doing nothing.
When I was young I don't really understand the meaning of "insomnia".Sleep only what.Lie on the bed.Close your eyes.Done.
But
now I realised that my ears are super sensitive to noise.
Unless I am really really exhausted, or else it will take me at least an hour to continue my sleep.
Tried listening to lullaby,useless.
Tried drinking milk,useless.
So the only way is to make myself tired.Zzz.
